Liability

Participation in all guided tours is entirely at your own risk. The tour guide assumes no liability for any damages of any kind.

 

Cancellation

Up to 7 days before the service: free cancellation. 7-2 days before the service: 50% of the agreed tour fee. Within 1 day before the service or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed fee.

 

 

Terms of payment

Cash after service delivery or within 10 days after invoicing. In case of default, the customary bank default interest will be applied.

 

Prices:

Unless otherwise stated, all prices include 20% VAT.

 

Waiting times

In case of delay on the part of the customer, the tour guide undertakes to wait for the customer for 1 hour at the agreed meeting point. The waiting time will be included in the service period. The customer, in turn, undertakes to wait for the tour guide for 15 minutes.

 

 

Prevention

The tour guide is entitled to cancel the agreed service up to 5 days before the agreed date. In case of an unavoidable prevention that occurs only in the last 5 days before the appointment or on the day of the appointment, the tour guide will make an effort to provide a professionally suitable and authorized replacement. In any case, the customer is not entitled to any claim against the guide in the event of unavoidable prevention. The tour guide is entitled to subcontract parts of the planned tour to other persons.

 

 

Miscellaneous:

Copyright provisions must be observed during the tours. Targeted filming and sound recordings of the tour guide during the tours are prohibited without the tour guide's consent.
